It was a long week, but my mom sailed through the surgery with flying colors and is home now happily bopping around with her walker. Whew! I am relieved! My thanks to all the wonderful nurses and therapists at Hoag Hospital!

We have been busy the last couple days with artists friends Billy, Kelsey and Adam who are here from Minnesota. They are putting on an Art Hunt. If you live in Orange County you must take your kids to the park and look for hidden art!

Earlier in the day we went to visit artist Bob Singer and he showed us how to draw Scooby-Doo! Billy filmed it so I'll post the video as soon as I can!
